My Code of Ethics

I, Nicole Orisich, will maintain the strictest levels of confidentiality with the content of your session.

The information that I share during the session is for you and for you alone.

I do not retain the details of your session, as I prefer to see myself as a conduit for the information to flow through to you.

Cancellation Policy:
Life happens, and things do come up! If you need to cancel your appointment, and do so 4 or more hours in advance, I will happily reschedule for another date.

If you cancel, or need to reschedule within 4-hours of your appointment’s start time, or are a no-show, you will forfeit your payment.

If I cancel, or need to reschedule within 4 hours of your appointment’s start time, or are a no-show, I will offer you a refund in addition to an option to reschedule.

Outside of that, all payments are non-refundable.

Rescheduling is welcome with a required minimum of 4 – hours’ advanced notice.

Clients are responsible for the full fee for any session that is cancelled, rescheduled or missed with less than 4 – hours’ notice.

When you book a session with me, I commit to having enough time available to serve you.

That affects how many other clients I can take on. For that reason, I do not offer refunds.

No refund will be issued, or attempts to reschedule will be made for no-shows. Sorry, no exceptions.
